PBJ Reporting & Forecasting Solution for Post-Acute Providers

By Prime Care Tech Marketing on Thu, Aug 22, 2019 @ 01:32 PM

August 22, 2019, Duluth, Ga., – In a press release today, Prime Care Technologies, Inc. announced its enhanced Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) reporting solution, which now allows providers to forecast acuity-based Five Star staffing needs to help keep them audit ready. The solution is available with the company’s post-acute performance dashboard – primeVIEW.

“Since the accuracy of PBJ data has become paramount in relation to Five Star staffing metrics, we wanted to create a flexible solution that meets the needs of all users and levels,” stated Cheryl Field, Chief Product Officer, Prime Care Technologies.

“Our latest PBJ feature helps operators forecast how their current staffing will translate into future star performance. This empowers decision-makers to proactively manage staffing levels during a quarter to produce a desired star outcome,” she added. “Now, there’s no more guessing – or surprises – regarding what star rating will appear months down the road.”

The PBJ solution operates within the primeVIEW dashboard, a cloud-based application designed specifically for post-acute care that integrates census, labor, accounts receivable, satisfaction scores and Five-Star quality ratings. Also available stand-alone, providers can implement the PBJ solution within six weeks once required payroll data is received.
