Today, Prime Care Technologies announced the promotion of Carl Mickiewicz to chief executive officer. He replaces company founder, Jim Hoey, who has served in this role since 2003. Hoey will continue as president and chairman of the board of directors.

With a mission of delivering compassion, one bit at a time, Prime Care Technologies provides a suite of IT solutions to the senior care industry, including post-acute, long-term care. Our primeFAMILY offerings include primeVIEW, Managed Care MASTER, primeCLAIMS, primeCLOUD, MYprime, primeFORCE, and primeCONNECT. Firmly grounded in our mission, Prime Care has been delivering uniquely evolved, customer-driven technologies to healthcare operators for nearly 20 years.

Said Hoey, "When Carl joined us in 2017, he immediately dove into all aspects of our organization." He continued, "His unwavering dedication to working in every team, within every organization, to implement appropriate standards, processes, and controls, has been instrumental in reaching new levels of service and commitment. I look forward to his continued leadership as CEO."

During his 5-year tenure at Prime Care Technologies, Mickiewicz served as the chief operating officer. Prior to this, his 20+ year executive career included chief operating officer and vice president roles at other healthcare companies. In his new role, he will steer the company's business strategy and growth, in addition to driving excellence across operations, technology, and customer service.

Said Mickiewicz, "I'm honored to take over as CEO of Prime Care Technologies." He continued, "I look forward to strengthening our continual focus on caregivers, and those they care for, through the enhancement and refinement of our service delivery model, applications evolution, vendor associate expansion, and technology footprint."
