RUSH Act to Propose Incentives for Using Telehealth

The Reducing Unnecessary Senior Hospitalizations (RUSH) Act proposes more incentives for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to use telehealth/telemedicine to improve patient care and reduce rehospitalizations. Lawmakers are polishing it off for reintroduction to Congress after being stalled during the last House legislative session.
