We're Not Great at PDPM...Yet

PDPM has made it difficult to identify the impact therapy has on reimbursement; however, a deeper look into the PDPM model demonstrates the importance of analyzing therapy data and coordinating effectively across SNF departments to improve care and optimize reimbursement.

 

This session will share examples where timing, accuracy of care plan data, and cross-departmental communication can negatively impact the quality of care and the associated reimbursement while also providing best practices for optimizing data/process.
