Prime Care provides Help Desk services that meet most any technical challenge your organization may face with solutions that address problems as they happen. Our Help Desk package includes all of the following services:

• Desktop Applications Support – Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Open Office equivalents.
   
• Operating Systems Support – Microsoft, Linux, Unix, and thin client.
   
• Virus Alerts – we will provide and assist with their removal. This requires up-to-date anti-virus software.
   
• Web Browser Support – including Mozilla, Internet Explorer and Netscape.
   
• Hardware Support – we can diagnose, repair and overnight your PCs back to you. Alternatively, and with your approval, we use Web X to temporarily take over a PC to troubleshoot and support it.
   
• Diagnose and Resolve – printer or Internet connectivity issues.
