Your servers are protected from power outages, high temperatures and fire, and guarded against unauthorized access. Our site is staffed with professionals who can assist in setting-up and configuring equipment, and help resolve technical issues that may occur. Other services include:

• Managed Services – these services are on-demand and billed as needed. Our wide array of engineering expertise includes Linux, UNIX and Windows operating systems, and numerous web, database, configuration and storage capabilities.
   
• Data Backup – we can perform real-time, daily, weekly, or monthly data backup to suit your needs, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
   
• Installation, Setup and Technical Support – our engineers and technicians can install, configure and test your systems for readiness. An in-house staff of engineers provides technical support via telephone, email or web 0700 to 1800 EST, Monday through Friday.
   
• Data Communications – Prime Care Technologies (PCT) relationships with several providers enable data communications from your site(s) to PCT’s data center via fractional T1 on up to OC-3 or higher as needed.
   
• Monitoring Services – we offer monitor services for servers and communications systems 24x7, as you require.
   
• Key Board Monitor – available and shard up to 16 ports.
