(PCT), a privately-owned and operated Duluth, GA-based national provider of cloud computing services, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Atlanta, GA-based CareCentric’s IT managed hosting services and assets, effective April 1, 2011. This transaction will create a true success story for PCT and CareCentric, their IT outsourcing customers, and their partners.

The combined IT assets give PCT the expanded capacity and resources to deliver exceptional cloud computing services and solutions.
